Finally, a comfortable, butt-off-the-ground, rockin’ (literally) camp chair for us bike travelers. Alite is an independent, bike-riding design group out of San Francisco. They’ve invented a two-legged, hammock-style sling that combines shock corded aluminum poles, bright nylon/mesh fabric, (and your feet) for a sublimely relaxed lounge. The chair weighs just over a pound, packs down to a small stuff sack and fits easily inside a pannier. No more cold, hard ground after a long day’s ride! Great for festivals too.
