Lazer- Urbanize

Lazer's Urbanize helmet offers some unusual advantages. Rollsys adjusts the fit with a thumb wheel on the crown. It fits a wide range of head sizes with minimal fuss – the helmet comes in only two, very adjustable sizes: XS-M, and L-XL. The venting is unique, with eight vents around the edges, a built-in visor and an enclosed top, providing great air circulation, but keeping out the rain – perfect design for the west coast!

Lazer's Urbanize helmet offers some unusual advantages. Rollsys adjusts the fit with a thumb wheel on the crown, making it an excellent choice if quick, easy adjustment is important, like for guest helmets, rentals and anyone who sometimes wears a toque under their helmet. Disadvantages are that the helmet looks big for the smaller size range, although it isn't unusually heavy. And, like most other helmets, the straps are fiddly to adjust – the buckles either sat uncomfortably on my jaw bone, or crossed over my earlobes.

There are several optional accessories as well, including a bug net, lighting system and insulated winter padding. The helmet is CE, CPSE and AS certified, so meets all the safety standards you would expect.

Overall, this is a well-thought out helmet design. Fashionable too – I got more compliments than on any other helmet I've worn.
