  I believe the owners are MacKay Gibbs and Sam Cunningham - both names were misspelled in the article. Also, Rock Paper Scissors Collective is to be referred to as RPSC when using the acronym - you left out the "C". The caption refers to Manifesto Bicycles (the correct name) as "Manifesto Bike Shop." Please check the names of your sources and subjects before publishing.

• Biking on Telegraph Avenue

  This is a great article on bike life in Oakland. However, it is odd that there is no mention of the horrible, dangerous, condition of the paving on Telegraph from Berkeley through the Temescal to Uptown Oakland. Riddled with potholes and cracks, this popular bike/car/bus path is a menace. One recent pothole was big enough to fit a steel garbage can. The fissures/cracks in the street are widening and catching tires/wheels and sending riders to the ground. Very much a drag, especially since there are several bike shops are on Telegraph (or just off) between the UC Berkeley campus and Uptown Oakland. Hopefully local cycling advocacy groups can get the City of Oakland to completely repave; and not merely patch potholes on this high traffic artery.
