Momentum Magazine is in New York City and we are putting on a fashion show at the Bike Expo New York on Saturday, May 5th. Expected attendance at the Expo is 30,000+

We're looking to work with a professional photographer on Saturday to cover the fashion shows and do some side portraits. Here's what we're looking for:
- a photographer to shoot both fashion shows - 11am and 3pm - taking action shots during the show and covering the event from a number of angles.
- in between the two shows, we'd like to pull 3-4 models and do portrait sessions outside in the neighbourhood.
Our budget is $500 for this job and would require unlimited usage of the fashion show images by both Bike New York and Momentum Magazine. We would take delivery of a full-res collection of images after the show for editorial, promotional and marketing use by both organizations. A complete look book from the show is an immediate goal.
For the side portraits - shot exclusively for Momentum Magazine - we can pay an additional licensing fee (a small honourarium tbd) upon publication of these images in Momentum Magazine's print and digital mediums. We are looking for full-page personality/style portraits for upcoming issues of Momentum Magazine.
