Portland’s new Eco-Totem was on display at Velo-city Global 2012 in Vancouver before installation over the summer.
Made by the Montreal-based company Eco-Counter, this Eco-Totem was installed on Portland, OR’s Hawthorne Bridge to count and publicly exhibit how many cyclists pass by. The counter displays daily and cumulative totals while also collecting data the city can use for transportation policy and planning.
