Cargo Bikes

I see a potential danger with transporting kids in cargo bikes. The proximity of the wheel on some models is within reach of a child's hand. A hand in the running wheel could do some serious damage. Stranger things have happened. The company's who produce these models should place guards over the wheels to address this potential hazard,
