Bike Expo New York

Doing anything next weekend? If you’re free as a bird and anywhere near New York City, Bike Expo New York is a not-to-be-missed event for cycling enthusiasts of all stripes. The two-day event, taking place on April 29 & 30, 2016, is free and open to the public.

Over 60,000 cyclists are expected to roll through Basketball City for the exposition, where 100+ exhibitors will be showcasing the latest in bikes, tech, apparel, and more. From some of the world’s biggest brands to the very small and local, the Expo is certain to have something for any two wheelin’ interest. If product scouting isn’t your thing, there’s a jam-packed program full of panel discussions, demonstrations, workshops, on-bike outdoor courses, and even Momentum Mag’s very own urban cycling fashion show! Drop by and say hi while everyday cyclists strut their stuff on the runway, then head off to a ‘Learn to Ride’ session or the ‘Bike to School’ film festival.

When all that cycling, scouting, and talking shop tuckers you out, the Expo’s Beer Garden features a selection of tasty craft brews curated by Taste NY.

Bike Expo New York is taking place at Pier 36 at Basketball City, 299 South Street, Manhattan. It’s going on from 10am – 8pm on Friday, April 29 and 9am – 6pm on Saturday, April 30. To learn more, visit See you there!
