WHICH COUNTRIES DOES MOMENTUM MAG SHOP SHIP TO?

Currently Momentum Mag Shop only ships to the US and Canada (some exceptions apply -see product descriptions for more details).

WHAT CURRENCY IS DISPLAYED?

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.

 

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED? 

Your card is charged when you place your order.  If you prefer to be charged when your order ships, please call us and we will manually process the transaction for you.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.  At that time you will receive a tracking number.

SUBSCRIPTIONS QUESTIONS

HOW MANY ISSUES ARE PUBLISHED PER YEAR?
We publish bi-annual print issues. The next print issue is coming in Spring 2016.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION?

Step 1:
You’ll get an email from us with your subscription password and username.
Step 2:
Once you have that password, please download our app from your preferred App Store:
iOS (Apple/iTunes)
Google Play (Android)
Amazon (Kindle)
Step 3:
Open the app, and tap My Account from the menu. Enter your email address and subscription password. From that point on, all your copies of Momentum Mag will be available to download from the Issues screen.

WHAT PLATFORMS CAN I USE TO READ MY DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION?

Our new app is optimized for tablets, and available for mobile as well. It’s compatible with iOS (Apple/ iTunes), Google Play (Android) and Amazon (Kindle) devices.

WHAT IF I WANT TO READ THE DIGITAL EDITION ON A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP COMPUTER?

We are working on a browser version of the digital magazine that can be read on any computer. Coming Soon!

WHAT IF I BOUGHT A PRINT SUBSCRIPTION WHEN THERE WERE 5 ISSUES/YEAR?

We want to make sure every subscriber gets the full value of their purchase. Every print subscriber is automatically receiving a Premium subscription for the amount of time they subscribed for + 1 full year. If you’d like to know the specifics of how we’ve upgraded your subscription please email subscriptions@momentummag.com.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY IN CAD? I’M IN USA.

Our system doesn’t allow us to charge our customers in their home currency, so all transactions must be in CAD dollars. Luckily for our US customers that means a great exchange rate.
