H&M for Brick Lane Bikes

The recent collaboration between H&M and Brick Lane Bikes brings us a men’s cycling collection with a focus on using more sustainable materials.

Brick Lane evokes images of winding brick streets, delicious curries, and weekend markets filled with curious things. Now, it’s home to the recent collaboration between H&M and Brick Lane Bikes bringing us a men’s cycling collection. With a focus on using more sustainable materials, the Brick Lane Bikes collection is comprised of 11 pieces for complete a look and will be available in 80 stores and on-line after March 7, 2013.

The collection provides a range of options for the style-conscious cyclist who wants to get from point A to point B looking fab. Shirts come quilted for colder days, the crewneck top has a zip as well as ventilation holes, and for a fun, vintage look there are colorful striped henleys to choose from. The rider’s trousers have legs cut for slightly bent knees adding extra flexibility and mobility. And who doesn’t want that?

It’s exciting days for us all when global brands like H&M pair up with bike companies to deliver a men’s collection to the masses. I can only hope a woman’s collection complete with polished tops, circle skirts, dresses with a hint of lycra, and a striking heel is on its way. As for the perfect bike company to partner with … why not give Electra a call?
