Return Policy & Procedure

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM THE MOMENTUM MAG SHOP?

Merchandise purchased from the Momentum Mag Shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, email us and we will replace or exchange the product or issue a refund (see refund policy below). Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email at which time you will be given the return address.

All returned merchandise must be in resaleable conditions and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

 

 

RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE

Returned items must include a copy of your receipt (with your order # and order details) that you received via email.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless: 1. the return is due to our shipping error 2. the product is damaged or defective, in which case we will refund the shipping costs for ground or economy return shipments. Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.

Please send an email to customerservice@momentummag.com with your order number.  If you received a damaged or defective product, please include photos showing the damage, and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent to you.
