The Norco City Glide 8 is an aluminum framed city bike that features a set of powder-coated fenders and back rack that match the color of the frame. The bicycle also comes with a very sturdy double kickstand, chainguard, steering spring, upright swept back handlebars, bell and a Shimano Nexus 8 speed  internal hub with drum brakes.

The City Glide feels unexpectedly light for a bike that says it weighs 35.5 pounds (16.14 kilograms). Despite the upright cycling position, performs very well on hills.

Wish List

What I liked about this bicycle is that it had all the elements needed for city riding already integrated into the design. The only thing missing is a good integrated lighting system. Having a hub dynamo option would truly complete this bicycle.

This is an elegant and stylish bicycle that will look good while not being flashy and will work well with almost any outfit. This bicycle will take you anywhere with minimal fuss whether you’re riding in a suit or heading to the beach in flip-flops.

The Norco City Glide 8 is a complete city bicycle. Whether your ride is only for a couple blocks or across town this bicycle will feel comfortable. You’ll also arrive dry and your right pant leg will stay clean from chain grease.
