BeTRITON tour of Europe continues as it teases new trailer model

BeTRITON continues to make waves as they embark on a tour across Europe, showcasing their revolutionary amphibious e-bike in eight major cities. The BeTRITON tour not only highlights the unique features of this one-of-a-kind vehicle but also explores its potential as the ultimate sightseeing craft. Aigars Lauzis, the visionary architect behind BeTRITON, initiated the project in 2018, aiming to create a versatile mode of transportation that seamlessly transitions between biking and boating. The current retail version, a 250-kilogram beetle-shaped marvel, boasts a retractable e-bike at the front and a modest cockpit in the middle. Inflatable pontoons ensure stability while navigating water, and the interior provides a cozy sleeping space of about one by two meters, accommodating up to two people.

The BeTRITON’s e-bike may not be the fastest, reaching a maximum speed of 25 km/h, but it promises an impressive range of approximately 100 km on a full charge. Aigars Lauzis has documented the BeTRITON’s capabilities in his vlog, showcasing its robust motor as it conquers challenging terrains, including a steep pass through the Swiss Alps.
