Chrome’s Storm Cobra Jacket is a completely waterproof, lightweight shell. Constructed to a cyclist’s fit, the torso and arms are slightly longer with pit zips and two-way zippers to allow for ventilation. Available in black or olive in sizes small to x-large.

This slim fitting, minimalist, weatherproof shell is made of nicely textured fabric, unlike the usual shiny raincoat material.

WISH LIST

Even longer arms for this bicycling specific jacket would have been nice and I wish that there was a way to cinch up the cuffs.

SUMMARY

There aren’t a lot of bells and whistles here, but that is part of the Storm Cobra Jacket’s appeal. The details speak for themselves from the pass-through back cargo pocket, lower back hem to keep your rear covered when biking, a large hood that is helmet ready, and double zippers. Lightweight, really packable, and totally waterproof, the Storm Cobra makes a really nice shell jacket.
