The Felt Café 24 Deluxe W is an adorably affordable ride that might be the perfect solution for the fiscally-responsible female commuter. It came with a lightweight, step-through aluminum frame, white-walled puncture-resistant tires and a kickstand. Pros

Its 24-speed Shimano Revo twist-shift gears are easily accessible, comfortable and readable while riding.
