Porsche AG, known for its opulent, status-bestowing vehicles, is now venturing into the world of bicycles with the prestigious Porsche eBike Cross Performance.

Porsche is expanding its eBike range this spring with the introduction of two new models: the Porsche eBike Cross Performance and the Porsche eBike Cross Performance EXC. Building on the success of the Porsche eBike Cross, these new additions offer enhanced chassis performance and braking power, along with the option of six original Porsche vehicle colors.

The Porsche eBike Cross Performance takes off-road biking to the next level with its impressive features. The combination of Fox Factory suspension, Shimano EP-801 motor, and a 630 WH battery ensures exceptional performance on any trail. The electric 12-speed Shimano rear derailleur guarantees smooth gear changes, making uphill and downhill rides effortlessly. The EP-801 motor offers two riding profiles: Profile 1 includes three support modes (Eco, Trail, and Boost), while Profile 2 allows riders to individually set up to 15 support parameters in the Fine Tune Mode.

With the auto shift function, the system autonomously shifts gears, and the Free Shift function enables shifting without crank movement, adding convenience to the riding experience. The Magura MT7 brake system, featuring a forged aluminum four-piston caliper, provides reliable deceleration, while the Fox 34 Float Factory suspension fork, offering 120 mm of travel, and the Fox Float DPS Factory air shock, with 100 mm of travel in the rear, ensure exceptional comfort. The Crankbrothers Synthesis Enduro Carbon wheelset contributes to directional stability, and the carbon frame is adorned with performance lettering in a matching Fox Factory color scheme.

For those seeking a touch of exclusivity, the eBike Cross Performance EXC allows for individualized customization with select colors. The range of vivid colors, including Star Ruby Neo, Ice Gray Metallic, Mamba Green Metallic, Carmine Red, Shade Green Metallic, and Shark Blue, adds a unique flair to the bike and resonates with Porsche enthusiasts who appreciate both the modern and historic aspects of the brand.

In addition to the new models, Porsche has updated its existing Sport and Cross models. Both will be powered by the Shimano EP-801 motor, providing improved performance. The eBike Sport now features a Shimano XT DI2 12-speed rear derailleur with the Free Shift function, while the Cross eBike comes in a sleek silver color, adding versatility to the range. Both models are available in metallic variants.

The Porsche eBike models are currently available at the brand’s online store in three frame sizes (S, M, and L). With a weight of 21 kilograms (size M, including pedals) and a permissible total weight of 120 kilograms (including rider and luggage), these bikes are suitable for a wide range of users. The Porsche eBike Cross Performance is priced at €12,900, while the Porsche eBike Cross Performance EXC is priced at €13,900.
