What is your bike style?
Vintage Americana circa 1920-1940

What are your favorite clothes to bike in?
Overalls with white V-neck T-shirts, bright Aloha shirts, jeans, khakis, and a bandana scarf.

Where are we most likely to spot your bike?
Beach Path, The Bicycle Stand, Portfolio Coffeehouse, and along 4th Street Retro Row.

What do you like most about riding?
Feeling like a 12-year-old again, waving at friends and fellow cyclists in passing, smiling at frustrated car drivers that re stuck in traffic and can’t find parking.

What is your dream bike for everyday cycling?
I love riding my 1936 Schwinn Cycleplane featured in this photo. I own about 100+ vintage bicycles from American balloon tire, European 3-speeds, and Italian road bicycles. Hmmm…A 1938 Elgin Robin shaft drive would be nice!

What did you eat for breakfast?
Steak and eggs, orange juice, and a dark chocolate.

What music have you been listening to most?
Big Band Swing, Gypsy Jazz, and Billie Holiday.

Basket or panniers?
Panniers.
