The Haul LT is categorized as a Class 3 e-bike without a throttle, boasting a top speed of 28mph. Should you desire an extra boost, a plug-in throttle is available for purchase at $50 from Specialized. Once engaged, the throttle will propel the bike to 20mph through electric power alone, while adhering to the 28mph maximum pedal-assisted speed limit. Installing the throttle is a user-friendly process, or alternatively, a Specialized retailer can provide assistance. Activation can also be achieved through Specialized’s Globe smartphone app, enhancing convenience and control.
