The venerable Linus Bike hosted Michael Regan, the new head administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency last week, and got the chance to chat about the bicycle industry, supply chain issues, and had the opportunity to tool around on one of the company’s new e-bikes.

Of course, the entire bicycle industry has had supply issues since the pandemic-induced bike boom in 2020. And, it continues to this day, even getting worse in some areas.

Regan is big on developing climate policy and decarbonizing the energy sector alongside President Biden.

Along for the ride, was Venice legend and former state governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who escorted Regan to Gold’s Gym where the two talked climate policy and had a workout.

Linus was founded in Venice in 2007 and has become one of the best-known city bicycle brands noted for its style and innovation.
