The Green Guru Dutchy is a 22L pannier made in part from upcycled billboards from across the United States, and each bag has unique look to it because of this. It is a weather resistant pannier that is easily mounted on any bike rack with metal clips. When it’s not on your bike, carry it with its shoulder strap that quickly converts to a tote as needed. All Green Guru Products are made in the USA.

This bag is the perfect trunk for your bike and is really secure. It works on pretty much any rack and can fit a lot of cargo. I loved being able to put any bag inside of it or leave it on my bike when it was not in use. I’ve had this bag for four seasons and it still works amazingly.

WISH LIST

Because Green Guru uses upcycled materials and billboards, the style is not as subtle as some other panniers, so it would be nice if they had a version that was a little more subdued. A lock loop could be helpful too, but in no way a necessity.

SUMMARY

This bag can hold the perfect capacity and has great dimensions. As a personal choice, I love bags made of in the USA, and one made of repurposed materials is a step beyond. If you want to take it with you, the strap is great, but because it’s kind of like a trunk for your bike, it’s nice to be able to leave it on your rack as well. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a pannier that’s able to hold a lot of stuff and doesn’t always want to remove it from their rack.
